To exchange your ticket, access your order by clicking on the “Manage my order” link received in the confirmation email. If you can't find the email, you can have it resent via this link.

Once on your order, click on “Additional actions”, then on “Change tickets”.

You will then be asked to select the ticket(s) you wish to exchange. Once you've confirmed your selection, the next page will show you the day passes or tickets available for exchange.

If, for example, you exchange one day ticket for another, you won't be charged any extra.

Please note that exchange options may vary according to ticket type and availability at the time of your request.
