The VIP package includes:

• An admission ticket valid for the full day of your choice;
• An excellent view of both main stages from the terrace, as well as direct access to the festival grounds;
• Continuous access to the covered and cosy area of our VIP lounge;
• One complimentary drink at the bar;
• A variety of snacks provided by dedicated food trucks, serving as a meal;
• Continuous access to the VIP bar (paying), offering wines, beers, soft drinks, cocktails, champagne, as well as the very exclusive Ruffus (traditional method);
• One VIP parking space (per 2 tickets purchased), located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance, in a secured car park.

Order with issuance of a Peppol-compliant invoice

If you wish to receive an invoice that complies with Peppol requirements, the order must be placed via the order form available by clicking here : (fillable PDF version) or (Excel version).

Once the form has been completed, please send it back to the following address: vip@ronquieresfestival.be. You will then receive an order confirmation, which will definitively validate your reservation.
