This is just an order confirmation. Your tickets will arrive in your mailbox on 15 July at the earliest.
How to customize your ticket?
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a button that allows you to personalize your ticket.
At the bottom of this email, you will also find a "Manage my order" link, which will take you to your personal order environment. From there, you can modify or personalize your ticket, request a VAT invoice, change your ticket, or resell it via Resale.
If you can no longer find your confirmation email, you can enter your email address on this page to retrieve your tickets.
If you still don’t receive anything, try using another email address that you may have used for the purchase, such as your work email or your partner’s. People often forget which email they used.
Can I resale my ticket ?
Resale is only possible via our official platform.
To resell your ticket:
- Open the confirmation email of your order (only the original buyer can resell).
- Click on “Manage order” at the bottom of the email.
- Select “More actions” > “Resell”.
- Choose the ticket you want to sell and set a price between 90% and 100% of the original value.
You will receive:
- an email confirming your ticket is listed,
- another one to activate your resale account,
- and a final one once the ticket is sold.
The money will be transferred to you a few business days later.
I want to exchange my ticket.
To exchange your ticket, go to your order using the "Manage my order" link included in your confirmation email. If you can’t find the email, you can have it resent via this link.
Once on your order page, click on "Additional actions", then select "Exchange tickets".
The system will then ask you to choose which ticket(s) you want to exchange. After confirming your selection, the next page will show you the available passes or day tickets to exchange for.
For example, if you exchange a day ticket for another day ticket, no additional payment is required. Please note that exchange options depend on the ticket type and availability at the time of your request.
What is the age limit for purchasing a child ticket?
Kids tickets are valid for children under 10 years old as of 01/08/2025. No ticket is required for children under 2 years old.
I would like to pay for my ticket in 3 instalments.
Nothing could be easier!
First, go to our ticket office. Then, when you validate your basket, you have to tick YES to the option "Payment in instalments". Then enter your bank details so that the payments can be made. You will be debited each month from your first payment.
