Resale is only possible via our official platform.

To resell your ticket:

• Open the confirmation email of your order (only the original buyer can resell).
• Click on “Manage order” at the bottom of the email.
• Select “More actions” > “Resell”.
• Choose the ticket you want to sell and set a price between 90% and 100% of the original value.

You will receive:

• an email confirming your ticket is listed,
• another one to activate your resale account,
• and a final one once the ticket is sold.

The money will be transferred to you a few business days later.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a button that allows you to personalize your ticket.

At the bottom of this email, you will also find a "Manage my order" link, which will take you to your personal order environment. From there, you can modify or personalize your ticket, request a VAT invoice, change your ticket, or resell it via Resale.

If you can no longer find your confirmation email, you can enter your email address on this page to retrieve your tickets.

If you still don’t receive anything, try using another email address that you may have used for the purchase, such as your work email or your partner’s. People often forget which email they used.

Nothing could be easier! 
First, go to our ticket office. Then, when you validate your basket, you have to tick YES to the option "Payment in instalments". Then enter your bank details so that the payments can be made. You will be debited each month from your first payment.
