We're offering you a payment chip integrated directly into your festival wristband. The chip will enable you to pay for all your purchases at the festival and on the campsite. Only the merchandising stand will accept cash and bank cards.
How can I get my money back after the festival?
It is imperative that you keep your wristband after the festival so that you can communicate your unique identification code and recover the amount remaining on your wristband.
Click here to request a cashless refund.
Please note that refunds will only be made for amounts over 3 euros (shown on your wristband). There is no refund fee.
How do I load my cashless?
1. The quickest and easiest way: via a Payconiq QR-code on your wristband > scan and top up your wristband in just a few clicks, wherever you are! We recommend that you download the Payconiq by Bancontact application before the festival, to make payments easier on the day (note that this is only available for Belgian bank accounts). Many Belgian banks have already integrated Payconiq payment into their mobile banking applications.
No Belgian bank account? No problem! Just go to the cashless top-up points or automatic terminals!
2. Cashless pay stations will be located centrally on the festival site under the inclined plane (cash and bank cards accepted).
3. You can also top up your wristband at the automatic terminals located at 3 different points on the festival site (payment by credit card). An automatic terminal will also be installed in the campsite.
4. Directly here by logging in during the festival ! You can check your remaining balance and top up your cashless account whenever you like! This works for all bank cards.
How cashless works?

When you arrive at the festival and scan your ticket, you will receive a wristband with an integrated chip. This bracelet will be the only way to pay for your purchases at the festival. More "traditional" means of payment (cash, bank cards) will no longer be accepted (except at the merchandising stand).
On site, the easiest way is to load your bracelet directly via the Payconiq by Bancontact app by scanning the QR code on the bracelet. This is only possible if you have a Belgian bank account. You can find more information about the Payconiq by Bancontact app further down on this page.
This bracelet is obviously not directly linked to your bank card: no transaction can be made beyond the amount you have loaded onto your bracelet.
