Elegant and majestic, L'Impératrice has six heads. Since the release of their debut album Matahari, followed by two sold-out Olympia concerts and a tour that took the band to stages all over the world, everything has accelerated for the band. L'Impératrice has certainly kept its taste for dance, groove set to virtuoso bass, vintage synths and glittering melodies. But with her second album, Tako Tsubo, she took the liberty of exploring new territory and taking a step aside. An album that earned him the Grand Prix du répertoire Sacem for export, a nomination at the Victoires de la Musique awards, a world tour of Europe, the United States and Mexico, and two dates at the highly selective Coachella festival.
