  • Your tickets will be sent to your inbox starting July 22 at the earliest.

  • After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a button that allows you to personalize your ticket.

  • Nothing could be easier!

First, go to our ticketing page. Then, when you’re ready to check out, make sure to select YES for the “Pay in installments” option. Next, enter your bank details so the payments can be processed. You will be charged each month starting from your first payment.

  • To exchange your ticket, access your order by clicking on the “Manage my order” link in your confirmation email. If you can’t find that email anymore, you can have it resent using this link.

Once you’re in your order, click on “More actions,” then select “Change tickets.”

The system will then ask you to choose the ticket(s) you wish to exchange. After confirming your selection, the next page will show you the available passes or day tickets you can exchange them for.

If you exchange, for example, a day ticket for another day ticket, you won’t be charged any additional fees. Please note that exchange options may vary depending on the type of ticket and availability at the time of your request.

To access the camping site, you need a camping ticket in addition to your festival pass.

You may be asked to adjust your setup to optimize space and ensure everyone can settle in comfortably.

  • Yes, you can keep your belongings safe during the festival by booking a locker at the festival site or the campsite here.
