- Festival tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable for a ticket to another event.
- Loss or theft of the ticket is the buyer’s responsibility and will not result in a replacement or refund.
- It is forbidden to bring professional cameras, camcorders or recorders, alcoholic beverages, glass objects, plastic bottles, cans, drugs, fireworks, weapons, sharp objects, or any other object that may be considered dangerous by the organizers, onto the festival site. For safety reasons, benches, folding chairs and umbrellas are also prohibited on the site. All these items will be confiscated by security. This list may be adapted or completed at any time by the organizers.
- It is expressly forbidden to light a fire.
- Entry to the festival site implies acceptance of all preventive and control measures taken by the organizer or the security team, including body and bag searches. Failure to comply with these measures may result in refusal or withdrawal of the right of entry.
- Do not buy your ticket in the street, as it could be fake. Only buy it from approved websites and official resellers.
- The artists and organizers of the festival decline all responsibility in the event of damage, loss, theft or any accident.
- Official T-shirts and souvenirs are sold exclusively inside the festival grounds.
- Festival tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the organizer’s authorization. It is also expressly forbidden to carry out any promotional or commercial activity whatsoever on the festival site without the organizer’s prior authorization.
- The ticket buyer must comply with the ‘law on the resale of access passes to events’ (MB 30 July 2013).
- Changes to the program do not entitle the holder to a partial or full refund of the festival ticket. In case of force majeure, the organizer cannot be held liable.
- Counterfeiting festival tickets is punishable by legal action.
- The organizers decline all responsibility for damage in the campsites.
- TV recordings are made during the festival. You may therefore be filmed. By entering the festival grounds, you waive your image rights.
- The organizers and/or the official reseller reserve the right to verify the identity of festival-goers.
