Shirokuro

ShiroKuro (“White-Black” in Japanese) is an Indie/Pop-Rock trio based in Liège, Belgium. Formed by Nathanaël Paulis (Vocals; Electric Violin), Louis Comblin (Guitar; Piano), and Matias Pollicino (Drums), their highly contrasted musical style blends catchy melodies, driving rhythms, and nostalgic tones, taking listeners on an introspective yet explosive journey.

Claiming direct inspiration from post-2010 Indie bands such as Foals, London Grammar, and Two Door Cinema Club, music media have praised both their dramatic energy and versatility (wiwibloggs), as well as their unique atmosphere and songwriting (Classic 21).

After self-producing their debut EP In Sight, released in 2023, they were invited to the Berklee College of Music in Valencia to prepare their upcoming release, scheduled for 2026. The central theme of this new project revolves around doubt—its possible causes and consequences.

Also in 2026, they became finalists in the Luxembourg Song Contest, the national selection to represent Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest.
