PMR

PMR

The festival continues its commitment to welcoming people with disabilities in the best possible conditions.
We are committed to implementing facilities that ensure accessibility for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) during our event.

The organizers were supported by Plain-Pied (an accessibility consultancy office accredited by Access-i) to maximize the event’s accessibility.

FREE PARKING AND CAR ACCESS

The parking area for persons with reduced mobility (PRM) is located near the Tribord entrance, in the green zone via Rue de Rosemont.

Volunteers will be present upon your arrival to guide you to the entrances.

WRISTBAND EXCHANGE

TRIBORD entrance, near the accreditation containers. An AViQ flag will be visible to help you find your way.

Volunteers will assist you in collecting your wristbands.

ON SITE

The site will be equipped with mobility mats, curb ramps, cable covers, etc.
A PRM booth will be set up right after the Tribord entrance. There you’ll find chairs (non-electric), crutches, a PRM toilet, and a fridge for storing medication. You can also recharge your wheelchair batteries there.

TOILETS

Each PRM platform and the PRM booth are equipped with an adapted toilet. The toilet areas around the site are also equipped with PRM toilets.

ACCESS TO PRM PLATFORMS

Both stages are equipped with a PRM viewing platform.
The dedicated PRM welcome team will guide you to the platforms. Volunteers will also be present on-site at all times to assist you if needed.
