Rafael Aragon's music is trance-inducing, powerful yet delicate, constantly evolving, bridging gaps and breaking borders. From contemplative ambient pieces to sweaty dancefloor stompers, his musical palette is wide but has a distinctive identity, deep rooted in psychedelism and folkloric traditions from afro-latin, SWANA and beyond. Sufi chants, ritual drums and syncretic music meet raving kicks, deep basslines and electronic polyrythms to provide a rich entrancing experience!

Displaying numerous and eclectic releases on various imprints wordwide for more than fifteen years, and with uninterrupted gigs in clubs, parties & festivals all around Europe, South America, North Africa and Japan, Rafael has made a name for himself as a versatile and talented producer, composer, live act and DJ.

Aside from his continuous DJ and live gigs, Rafael is an event organizer, radio enthusiast, music teacher & soundtrack composer, involved in many artistic  and social projects. He's a resident DJ and ambassador of Goulash Disko Festival, and co-creator and curator of WOMB, a series of daytime, danceless events dedicated to ambient and experimental music.

Over the last decade he's been throwing numerous club nights in his adoptive hometown of Brussels, with his previous collectives, Global Hybrid and Love Foundation, and recently with his OWN Goulash Disko parties. He is an acClaimed ecstatic dance DJ and has been working with dance companies, and is still involved in exploring other ways of emancipation through musical & artistic expression.
