
Bastien and Quentin met in 2017, driven by a shared passion for DJing and house music. Influenced by artists such as Lost Frequencies and Don Diablo, they joined forces in 2018 to form Calumny. Their first single Infinitely quickly gained attention, surpassed 100,000 streams, and received airplay on major Belgian national radio stations, including Fun Radio and Radio Contact.
Since then, Calumny has steadily built its path on the international electronic scene. With over 3 million cumulative streams, including strong recognition for their album HATCH released in 2023, the duo quickly expanded internationally. They have performed in France (Boww Festival, Bastille Day celebrations in Hautmont), Spain (Pacha La Pineda), and the Netherlands (Amsterdam Dance Event), sharing the stage with Kungs, Bob Sinclar, The Avener, Mosimann and Vladimir Cauchemar.
In 2024, Calumny reached a new milestone with the launch of its own show on Fun Radio, strengthening its visibility within the mainstream electronic circuit. The following year marked a true turning point: after a 35-date tour, their viral concept Seatbelt surpassed 6 million views, caught the industry’s attention, and led to a signing with Wagram Music, while also joining the international EDM label Future House Cloud.
At the same time, Calumny delivered several high-profile official remixes, including Take It Easy On Me by Bob Sinclar and Halo by Mosimann, released on December 19, 2025 via Sony Music France. Their original single The Feeling received strong radio support in France, entered the Top 100 on Shazam and iTunes, and reached the Top 30 of Belgian airplay, confirming their growing momentum across both digital platforms and traditional media.
Recognized for its energetic performances, constantly evolving sound, and strong visual identity, Calumny continues its international expansion and stands out as one of the most promising emerging duos on today’s electronic music scene.
