From what age can I volunteer?
You must be at least 16 years old at the time of the festival to be able to volunteer, this is the minimum legal age. If you are not 16 years old, we will be happy to see you in the team at a future edition.
When can I volunteer?
We are looking for volunteers for the set-up (from 27/07/2024 to 01/08/2024), 3 days of volunteering give access to the festival.
We are looking for volunteers for the dismantling (from 05/08/2024 to 08/08/2024), 2 days of volunteering give access to the festival.
We are looking for volunteers during the festival (from 02/08/2024 to 04/08/2024), 1 position per day and 3 positions in total to have access to the festival on all 3 days. We prefer applications from people who can be present during the 3 days of the festival. Can I choose my job and hours?
Yes, as far as possible and subject to availability. We will contact you by email to propose the available positions and times so that you can choose where you wish to attend.
How long do I have to work to get my festival pass?
It depends on the jobs you choose and you can enjoy the festival before and after your performances.
Can I sign up with friends to have the same job and the same hours?
Yes, one of you must create a "TRIBU" on the registration platform and become the leader of the Tribe. He/she will then give the others the access code to the Tribe.
When we contact the Tribe leader by email, he/she will be able to choose the posts and times for the whole team, within the limit of the number of people needed for the post.
What will I receive for my participation?
You will receive your festival pass (which will allow you to attend the concerts for free during your breaks), your access to the campsite, the official volunteer T-shirt, drinks and a meal (sandwich type) during your performance hours.
Where can I find practical information about being a volunteer?
All the practical information will be available in your volunteer space about 2 weeks before the festival starts: arrival at the festival, parking, camping, collecting access bracelets, etc.
Will I receive training on the tasks related to my job?
Depending on the position, specific information may be sent to you by your manager. This information will also be available in your volunteer area.
