Go to the festival entrance:

Meet at the campsite entrance :
From 10am to 11pm on Friday
From 9am to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday
Recharge your cashless on site :
By scanning the Payconiq QR code on the wristband. You can download the Payconiq by Bancontact app beforehand to make your payments easier (only for Belgian bank accounts).
By going to the cash desks or automatic terminals at the festival.
By clicking on the link on the "Cashless" page of the website. Here you can also check the remaining balance on your cashless!
Use your wristband to make all your payments. Only the "Merchandising" stand will accept cash or credit cards in addition to cashless.
Keep your wristband after the festival so that you have the identification code to recover the amount remaining on your cashless.
You will find a link on the website to make your request. You have until 31 August to request your refund!
