The camping rules can be found below.
Opening hour: Friday 04/08th at 4pm.
Closing hour: Monday 07/08 at 12 o'clock.
The camping is close to the Bâbord side of the festival site.
PAY ATTENTION: the configuration of the site has changed, and it won’t be possible anymore to walk from Tribord to Bâbord as the passage allowing to pass from one side to another has been suppressed.
We therefore advise to the campers to get to the festival by using the BACCARA road downstream (see map below).
Take the E19 (Exit Nivelles Sud) - GPS address « 14, rue de Nivelles, Braine-le-Comte », and then follow the signboards of the festival « Camping ».

The "chill out" area is the area including facilities and equipment for the campers: it is located at the entrance of the campsite and includes the bar, the cooking area, the store, the breakfast service and a covered area with benches and tables.
Crew members will tell you your location on the festival site. You can ask them to be placed in the quieter area of the campsite.
Pay ATTENTION: the campers must respect the instructions of the crew members as well as the strict alignment that is provided.

In the camping, a bar will be available for the campers.
The buying of beverage at the camping bar will be done thanks to a system of Cashless cards.

RESPECT OF THE SITE AND THE OTHER CAMPERS
Pay also attention to sorting and cleanness.
Take only the necessary household packaging in order to limit the unnecessary waste to a minimum.
Take a flask you can fill with water.
Take a dynamo flashlight, or a flashlight with rechargeable or solar batteries.
Instead of using a plastic razor, use a reusable razor and use eco-friendly soap.
Avoid plastic cutlery and plates! Prefer reusable cutlery and plates (that you can wash after each use), or biodegradable tableware.
To limit packaging: take some boxes as «Tupperware boxes» to contain your food, instead of packaging as aluminium which is very polluting.
When you go shopping, prefer buying family packs rather than individual portions and buy your products in bulk and not prepacked.
For your shopping, think of taking some cloth or reusable bags and prefer seasonal food.
Garbage bags are available for free at the campers' reception. Thank you for sorting your garbage and depositing it in garbage bags.
